Brief description:
Netlution supports a global software group in the integration of assets into a centralized asset management system. As part of the responsible team, Netlution’s task is to fully coordinate and support the integration of globally distributed internal units as well as M&As (Mergers & Acquisitions). We ensure high data quality and provide detailed reporting to the respective units and M&As.
Situation:
The challenge for the globally active company is to expand the central IT asset management system into a complete overview of all virtual and physical assets. Information from different tools and programs used by the respective M&A or internal partners must be combined in a uniform and centralized system or transferred, displayed and offered. High data quality is essential for any asset management system and this must be ensured at all times, regardless of the integration path. The customer expects detailed analyses, which should be made available to stakeholders continuously and/or on demand in the form of a wide variety of reports.
Customer request:
The client requires support with the IT asset integration of various internal units and M&As. The client unit also needs our support to ensure high data quality, perform data analysis, communicate with integration partners, coordinate internal resources and affiliated service providers, develop and/or optimize integration processes.
Challenges:
In addition to wide-ranging technology expertise, our IT specialists require extensive know-how in data analysis as well as experience with project management, the customer-specific organization and process-related features of globally distributed landscapes.
