Brief description:

Netlution ensures the operation of a global SQL infrastructure. This includes the setup and ongoing operation of the databases, continuous optimization and a 24/7 on-call service.

Situation:

Microsoft SQL infrastructure support is required in an internationally active group. In this context, target-oriented consulting as well as the further development of the environment is required. On-call support for the critical infrastructure is provided by internal colleagues of the customer, who should be replaced.

Customer request:

Consulting, optimization and further development of the global MS SQL server environment. Establishment of a new on-call solution.

Challenges:

Parallel to senior-level consulting in the SQL database environment, on-call duty (24/7 IRT 1h) is required. Expertise in further development and optimization is just as necessary as experience with customer-specific security requirements and special features of the landscape.
