The n_Transition Service

When new technologies and services are introduced, they have one thing in common:

  • There is hardly any experience in operating these landscapes. There is often little expertise with regard to the products/technologies.
  • Highly individualized structures have to be established, which later have to be transferred to regular operation.
  • Over time, the requirements change when projects are transferred to operation.
  • It is almost impossible to plan exactly which expertise is required at what time and in what form.
  • It requires a dynamic provision of sound engineering and 3rd-level operational expertise.

We take over the development and establishment of a customized 3rd-level operation as early as the project phase and thus relieve your project team, which can then concentrate fully on its core tasks.

Once the 3rd-level operation has been set up, we continue to develop it and, where possible, transfer and integrate it into your standard operating structure or to your offshore or nearshore partner.

End of Life:

At the end of the life cycle (EOL – End of Life) of a service, we take over the handling of the phase-out cycle so that your employees can fully concentrate on establishing new technologies and services.

Together with your team, we analyze your business requirements, transfer know-how from the project and transform the project into an economical operating structure tailored to your needs.

With our experienced teams of experts, we model an economical, tailor-made 3rd level service, flexibly and dynamically.
We also assume operational responsibility for your service – in a rolling deployment system, 24/7 if required, remote or onsite – and continuously develop it further.

Once the service has been established, largely automated and standardized, we transfer the service to your commodity operation (offshore and nearshore) or transfer it to your insourcing, adapted to your individual needs. In this way, we ensure that the service is economically viable over its entire life cycle.
